Private Track Day with RX8 Club

Woot, ever since I join HPC on early October, I had been waiting for this private track day, and finally the big day came! This private track day was organized by RX8 club Singapore, and only limited to 35 registered car, and since it's a full track, you won't face traffic jam problem like HPC where 60 cars are allowed on the track at one time.

Besides, although it's organized by RX8 club, it does not limited to RX8 only, which is good. :D

After registering myself, each of us are given a transponder. Put it up on your car, and it will automatically track you lap time so you know how fast (slow) you are going.

Some briefing before the game start~!

Time to go! The person there will check and see if the driver are registered driver. Thanks to him too, as I once enter the track without completely close my hood lid, and he politely remind me to close it. I really can't imagine what will happened if I drive it out like that >.<''

Zoom zoom.... Picture was taken by normal digital camera, and noob photographer, hence the blurrrrnnesssss......

Back after having some fun....

Trying to take out my helmet....I guess either I need to slim down, or I need to get a bigger helmet already....It's so tight!

At the pit where almost everyone pop up their hood so that heat disperse faster, also makes the pit hotter :S

Some picture taken while walking around. Saw the yellow swift there? It's freaking fast, and doing under 3minutes per lap! However, due to unknown reasons, the car seems to have problems and most of the time are driving slow on the track, or being maintained at the pit.

TT! He is the one who lead all the newbie on the first few round to let us familiarized ourself with the track.

Very very fast EVO 10, and thanks to James @ the owner for teaching me the racing line!

Overall, I am quite happy with my lap time, although I think I can still do way better than what I am doing now. My car does not fail me in terms of handling or power, but I failed her. I tend to always forget the racing line, especially the North Track where this is the first time I am driving there. I really need more track time to do better so that I won't be extremely slow when exiting corner :D
