Anyone been to Pizza Hut for lunch recently? I am sure many had heard the advertisement from Pizza Hut that they will give a free personal pizza for every personal meal you order if it was not served in 15 minutes time.
So I went for pizza today, and we order four personal set of express lunch. The soup and the drinks came fast, under 5 minutes after we order. However, the bread stick only came after 15 minutes! I also hear another customer that sat beside us complain the same thing to the waiter, and they just get a simple apology from the waiter.
Our pizza finally came after 30 minutes we made our order. When our pizza came, I asked the waiter is it that our meal was free, and she act in a shocked mode like she don't know anything. Never-mind I say to myself, I will complain later when I pay.
When we want to made the payment, the other customer are also complaining that they should get free personal pizza, and in the end they only get a RM5 cash voucher, and the same thing happened to us.
I was annoyed, therefore I made a call to their HQ, and they had their regional manager of Northern region to call me. In the end, I get a free regular pizza for my next visit if I call him the next time I go. Not exactly good, but it's still something. Not so amazing customer service too, some are way better.
PS: I also regret liao. The customer that sit beside us, who also complain with us together, is a cute little small chili. I regret liao. I forget to take her hand phone number liao. We did have some small little chat there, and now I miss her liao. If I got her hand phone number, now I can call her liao. Then ask her also go complain liao. Then both of us can go date Pizza Hut together liao. Sigh.....

Review: Bali Hai Seafood Market Revisit!
Woot, finally got a chance to revisit Bali Hai again, after like 2 weeks from my last visit! This time, with my dad tag along, I don't really need to care about the price of the food, so I can just simply order!
The first dish that came is the "Sharkfin Soup". I just order the normal one with crab meat, but it's still taste nice! Although the one I ate at the last Chinese New Year is better, but this one is still better than the others I had. I enjoy it to the last drip of the soup.
My rating "Sharkfin Soup": 8.5/10
I always wanted to have lobster sashimi, and also the geoduck when I saw it the last time I came, so this time, I order both, and it came in a huge basin! Yea, I called that a basin, as it really look like one to me. However, although the basin is huge, but actually its all filled with ice, and the meat is only a thin slice cover on top of it.
The geoduck taste is a bit special, I don't really know how to describe it. I don't really like it for the first few piece I ate it, but after that slowly find that it's actually not that bad. I however find that the price is not really justify for it's taste though.
My rating "Geoduck Sashimi": 6/10
The "lobster sashimi" is quite a disappointment also. I find that I still like lobster when it's cooked rather than eating it raw. Besides, both the "geoduck sashimi" and "lobster sashimi" was eaten with wasabi, so it's really not nice to have so many things to go with wasabi at once. I will recommend others to only try one of it at a time only.
My rating "lobster sashimi": 5/10
The "Mantis" is the next dish that came. It's quite nice, since the mantis is quite big, therefore it's easier and nicer to eat. I really starting to love this type of cooking style, rather than "steam mantis" that I always liked in the past.
My rating "Mantis": 7/10
"Steamed Su Mei" is the next dish. I actually wanted to order the "steamed tiger fish" as what Vkeong recommend in his blog, but sadly they don't have it for that day. So I decided to try "Su Mei" since I never try it before, and the waiter tell me that it's the top fish in Malaysia right now.
The fish is really really nice, seriously one of the best fish I ate before. The meat is just so damed nice, and the way it cooked let you able to taste the fish taste to the max.
However, guess how much the fish cost? I was shocked when saw the price, as it cost RM250++!!!!
Worth it? Yes I think to some extend, not something you will eat everyday though.
My rating "Steamed Su Mei": 9.5/10
The final dish that came is the "Yee Mee". It's normal "Yee Mee" cooked with the head and tail of the lobster. Not really nice though, the "Sang Har Yee Mee" I ate last time is better.
My rating "Yee Mee cooked with lobster": 4/10
Overall, I still love this place. I will surely back to here again in the future again. There is just so many type of seafood that I can order if got the budget!
Total damage:
"Geoduck Sashimi" - RM150
"Lobster Sashimi" - RM136
"Steamed Su Mei" - RM258
"Mantis" - RM70
"Sharkfin" - RM114

Business Trip to Macau
I finally got the chance to go to Macau last month, it's the first time I went to the city of gamble of Asia! Although it's a business trip, and I don't have much time to fool around, but still, it's quite fun! :D
I am quite concern about the security at the airport when planning to go, as many had complaint that the China airport security check is very tough due to H1N1, but surprisingly, it's just merely filling in 2 forms and pass the temperature scanner.
Below is the lobby of the hotel where I stay, Holiday Inn Macau.
It cost me around RM300, and I am fairly disappointed by it. The room is not really clean, and the toilet looks like some 3 star hotel room toilet here in Malaysia. No wonder my supplier say we are stupid to stay at Macau as it's way overpriced, as you can stay at a way cleaner and comfortable hotel at Zhu Hai (which is just 30minutes from Macau include the time to pass the border) at less than half the price of it. Besides, you might even get some extra service when stay at Zhu Hai ;)
Besides, look at the cute girl in the picture! Macau and China really doesn't disappoints me with girls (not like Taiwan), and I am drooling all the way when I was walking.
Some street look outside from the hotel.
While I don't know what's nice to eat there, I just simply walk around, and I saw a small shop, "ShangHai Ding Tai Feng". I had heard it many times, so I decided to have a try on it.
You definitely need to order the "ShangHai Xiao Long Bao" at a restaurant famous for ShangHai food. However, this really disappoints me. The skin is a bit too thick, and the soup is not that much compare to others that I ate before. Besides, those from Dragon-I really taste better than it.
My rating "ShangHai Xiao Long Bao": 4/10
My main dish will be "Sour Vegetable Mee", and so another disappointment. Maybe my expectation is a bit too high, but this dish is really nothing spectacular. Just like any other normal mee selling on the roadside.
My rating "Sour Vegetable Mee": 4/10
After dinner, I decided to walk around, hoping that some girls will walk up and ask "Brother, do you want some to shuang shuang?", but sadly, none of the girls approach me. I do met one aunty giving out name cards for girl calling service.
The beautiful building below is the Grand Lisboa Casino, it's own by god of gambler in Asia, Mr. Stanley Ho. It's really a wonderful casino, and at the hotel lobby area, there are loads of painting hanging there. Besides, "the star of Stanley Ho" is also state in the middle of the lobby area, it's a 218.08 carats diamond, however, I seriously doubt it's the real thing.
The casino below is just the direct opposite of the grand building of the picture above. It's also the place where I donated RMB1000 to Stanley Ho.
All in all, I don't have the time to really walk around. However, it seems that it's really just a city for gambling. However, the casino and hotels at Macau really lose out to those at Las Vegas. The hotels and casino at Las Vegas is really way more grand than those at Macau.
I will still wanted to visit Macau again one day, just to shop at Four Seasons, Macau more!!

Review: Frontera Bar & Grill
I was in KL last week, which is sort of a sudden trip, without any real reasons of going down. Most likely is just due to boredom of my hometown lifestyle?
So I bought a bus ticket for 12am Saturday, and reach pudu at around 5am, and thanks to Jing Yao, I got a place to stay before my another cute friend, Mr. Choo finish his work at 1.30pm. Although I can't really sleep at the bus, I can't sleep also when I am at Jing Yao's house. Both of us chat until 8am before we went for our breakfast.
I also manage to met another friend which we haven't met for sometime, which is Mr. Lee from Kota Bahru, and had lunch with him. He is still as "fei" as the past, nothing really change from him even though he went to Australia and study for years.
Once Mr. Choo from S.P.K. United finish his work, we went to Pavillion and met with Mr. Fred, and 3 guys shop for a good 4 hours there. After shop, we had our dinner at Frontera Bar & Grill, which Kennysia and friends went for it some time ago.
The 1st dish that came is obviously the "Habanero Hot Wings", but due to the pussyness of Mr. Choo, we just order the normal version, and not the killer one. Although it's just the normal version one, but it's still quite spicy, and it taste really really nice! I really love it, and would really wanted to try the spicier version next time.
My rating "Habanero Hot Wings": 8/10
The second dish that came is the "chicken tortilla soup", which is actually sort of a savior for us. It's mainly because we are both feel the spicyness from the chicken wing, and the hot soup really came in time to rescue us. A few spoon of the soup made us can continue eating the chicken wing again. The soup itself is not bad though, nothing really nice imo.
My rating "Chicken Tortilla Soup": 5/10
Frontera Nachos Beef was the third dish that came. Mr. Choo actually recommend it to me, however, I don't find that it's really nice. Mostly I think it's due to the chicken wing taste is so strong, leading to something like the Nachos become a bit tasteless.
My rating "Frontera Nachos Beef": 5/10
Mr. Choo's "Country Fried Steak" came out next, and his comment is quite normal only.
My main dish is the "Frontera Burger". This burger is really huge! The meat itself is really really delicious and juicy, and no way those "Ramlee Burger" can beat it. However, again due to the super heavy taste of the chicken wing, and the other food that we order, made me too full to really enjoy it.
My rating "Frontera Burger": 7/10
Overall, the food here is actually quite nice, way better than what Chili's offer. However, the next time I came here, I guess I will just go for the spicier version of the "Habanero Chicken Wing", and go it with some beer or cocktail!
Total Damage:
"Habanero Hot Wings" - RM16.95
"Chicken Tortilla Soup" - RM12.95
"Frontera Nachos Beef" - RM28.95
"Country Fried Steak" - RM24.95
"Frontera Burger" - RM15.95
How to get there:
I only know it's at Jaya One, as I am too tired to notice how to go there.
PS: Am very sad that Mr. Kiat that totally forget about me when I call him....really sad case....seriously sad.
PPS: Sad that Ms. Licia forget to reply me until so late, she only have WOW inside her head :(

Review: Penang Sister's Char Koey Teow
The Sister's Char Koey Teow at McAlister road is one of the most famous "char koey teow" at Penang, and one of my favorite place to have my breakfast whenever I went to Penang. Although some people had complaint that the sisters who fried the koey teow are very arrogant, but I find that it's ok as long as you got a bit more patience while waiting especially if you went at peak time.
However, I do find that their "char koey teow" standard is not constant, sometimes it's really really nice, but sometimes it's just normal. Unfortunately for me, today the "char koey teow" is not up the the standard. The prawn itself is very big, but it's not sweet at all.
My rating "McAlister road Sister's Char Koey Teow": 5/10
Since Li Yong is not a huge fan of "char koey teow", she decided to had "hokkien mee" or better known as "prawn mee" instead. My mum always praise the "hokkien mee" here, but when it came, I again is hugely dissapointed. It's just very normal, and nothing really special. I think it might be due to that the chili is not enough, hmmm....
My rating "hokkien mee": 4/10
"O kuih", or known as "yam cake" here is one of the best "O kuih" I had eaten before. At most places, their "O kuih" usually have very little yam in it only, but here, they really put in a lot of yam when cooking it, rather than being cheap and put in more flour than yam. Almost everyone that ate the "O kuih" before also give a huge thumb up for this!
My rating "O kuih": 9/10
Another of my must order food here is the "braised chicken leg". I love the "braised chicken leg" here very very much, and they are able to cook it to the extend that it's very soft, and it's also not sticky like some others.
My rating "braised chicken leg" : 7.5/10
Overall, I will always come back to this shop for breakfast as I am a "char koey teow" fan. So guys, go and try it when you got the chance!
Total damage:
"char koey teow" - RM5
"hokkien mee" - RM3.5
"Braised chicken leg" and "O kuih" - RM7
How to get there:
They are all in Lam Heng restaurant at the end of Mcalister road. Just in front of the new Loh Guan Lye hospital.

Presenting the sad life of a dick
It ain't easy being a dick
I got a head i can't think with
An eye I can't see out of
I have to hang around with two nuts all the time
My closet neighbor is a real asshole
My best friend is a pussy
And every time I get excited, I throw up!
And worst of all,
My owner beats me

Review: Bali Hai Seafood Market
After reading Vkeong's blog about the Bali Hai Seafood Market at Penang, I decided to visit there myself, and seriously, it's one of the best seafood restaurant in Penang in terms of the range of seafood they have.
And look at the amazing super big grouper!
The first dish that came is the steamed prawn. The prawn is really fresh, and very sweet. Love it to the max.
My rating "Steamed Prawn": 7.5/10
The second dish that came is the "Sweet Sour Crab". It's dissapoints me a lot though, although the crab is quite big compare to those you find at normal restaurant, but I don't really like how it was cooked. In my opinion, the way it cooked totally spoiled the crab, as the taste is really not nice at all.
My rating "Sweet Sour Crab": 4/10
The third dish that came is "Kam Heong Clam". Well, this is not bad, and spicy enough. I enjoy it a lot.
My rating "Kam Heong Clam": 7.5/10
The last dish that came is the "Sang Har Yee Mee". This dish is not bad, but having two prawn on one dinner is a bit too much for us. Besides, we are quite full at that time so all of us din't really enjoy it. The udang gala itself is quite nice though.
My rating "Sang Har Yee Mee": 5/10
Overall, I will definitely visit Bali Hai again. The next time I will try something more exotic there. So guys, wait for it!
Total damage:
"Steam Prawn" - RM24
"Sweet and Sour Crab" - RM55
"Kam Heong Clam" - RM12
"Sang Har Yee Mee" - RM68
How to get there:
Just drive along Gurney Drive and you will definitely saw it

Test Drive: R170 SLK230 Kompressor
Last Friday I went to Bermaz and repair my car and finally the annoying crick crick sound on the left panel is gone! Besides, I saw a very nice used car for sale there, the R170 SLK230 Kompressor face lift version. The ex-owner of this car is an old aunty (70++) and trade the car in for the new MX-5
My mum fall in love instantly when she saw this car as she always love Mercedes, and it amazed her even more since it's a cabriolet. It had a price tag of Rm140k, while the new SLK200 Kompressor R171 cost around RM480k. The car was manufactured in year 2001, but according to the salesman, it only have an owner until year 2006, and the mileage is only 50k km. Although all this used car mileage thing I don't really believe, and it's also funny why the car only got an owner after 5 years it was borned.
The car exterior and interior is in tip top superb condition. It's really well maintained, as first look, it's even better than my almost 10 year old harrier. Most people who saw my harrier won't believe that it's a 10 year old car anyway, most of them thought it's only 5 years old car, so imagine that.
A peep at the interior, although it's well maintained, but it still looks uncle, and really not to my liking at all. I really don't like the steering, really so uncleishh...!!!
Another peep from the passenger side, and again, I hate the dashboard as much as the steering.
Anyway, I got the chance to test drive the car all by myself as it's only a 2 seater. My 1st complaint is that the gear isn't nice to play with. I think just need some time to get used with it. The signal stick (or whatever you call that) does not have the firm feel too. Anyway, the car doesn't dissapoint me with the power it got. It had a 2.3L 197hp supercharged engine, capable to do a 0-100kmh drag at 6.9 seconds, with a top speed of 240km/h.
The engine however, is a bit noisy when I rev it hard, and although the initial pull from lower RPM is fast, when reaching higher RPM (start from 5.5k), it started to become slow. I guess it's due to the supercharger natural where it kick in too early, leading to power loss at higher RPM. Oh, and yes finally, I had the chance to drive a supercharged engine car!
Summary of R170 SLK230 Kompressor:
Price: RM140k
Exterior: 4.5/5 star
Interior: 1/5 star
Power: 5/5 star
Handling: 3/5 star
Conclusion: I doubt I will get this car if my budget is around RM150k.
PS: The picture quality is bad as I am using my iPhone to take the picture only. The interior actually looks better than in the picture too.
So a question for you guys, will you get this car at the price of Rm140k? Or any car that you guys recommend with a budget of around Rm140k? Keep in mind that this car is for my mum, and she loves Mercedes, and also sporty looking car.
